Winning always takes teamwork, but  on Saturday  Jett Slusser stepped things up a notch to give Pomeroy the 'W'. Slusser was dynamite,   striking out ten batters over  six innings while giving up just two earned  (and one unearned) runs off   seven  hits.
 Looking ahead,  Slusser and Pomeroy will be playing in front of their home fans against Liberty  at 2:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
