After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three matches, Ferguson finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Miami Christian Victors. The Falcons' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Ferguson saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alain Marquez, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Ferguson now has a losing record of 6-7-1. As for Miami Christian, with the victory, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ferguson will welcome Schoolhouse Prep at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Schoolhouse Prep will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Ferguson surely won't give up without a fight. As for Miami Christian, they will host Immaculata-La Salle at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Immaculata-La Salle is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.5 runs per game this season.
