The Jordan Beetdiggers waltzed into their contest on Friday with three straight wins but they left with four. They took down Park City 48-31. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Jordan also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2014.
Jordan's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tess Joseph, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 14 rebounds. Joseph has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Tess Jacobson, who scored 11 points along with three steals.
Jordan pushed their record up to 7-9 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Park City, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jordan will square off against Murray at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Murray has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. Park City will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against Tooele at 7:00 p.m. on January 22nd. Hopefully Tooele focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 last Wednesday.
