They came out on top against Knob Noster by a score of 27-16. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Holden also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2022.
Holden's victory was their sixth straight at home (dating back to last season), bumping their overall record up to 6-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 36.3 points per game. As for Knob Noster, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-4.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Holden will take on Lexington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lexington and Holden are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads. As for Knob Noster, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Boonville at 7:00 p.m.
