Oakdale can now show off four landslide victories after their most recent  game  on Thursday. They were the clear victor by  a  12-1 margin over the East Union Lancers. Oakdale's victory was all the more impressive since East Union was averaging only 3.69 runs allowed on the season.
  Raegen Everett made a splash while hitting and pitching. She  struck out ten batters over  five innings while giving up just one earned run off   two  hits. Everett has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in three consecutive pitching appearances. Everett was also big at the plate,  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances with  an  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Presley Barnes was  incredible,  going 2-for-3 with a  home run.  Jayci Volente was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 2-for-5.
 The  win  made it two in a row for Oakdale and  bumps their season record up to 8-2. As for East Union, their defeat  ended  a  three-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 9-4.
 Oakdale will square off against Monterey Trail at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday. Oakdale's pitching crew has only allowed two  runs per game  this season, so Monterey Trail's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for East Union, they will head out on the road to  challenge  Merced at 4:00  p.m.  on Monday. Merced will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more  runs each  contest than the last.
