Lincolnwood has struggled against Nokomis recently, as their matchup on Friday was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
Leading Nokomis to victory were Cloey Dirks and Kinley Stolte. Dirks scored seven points along with six steals, while Stolte scored eight points along with eight rebounds. Those six steals set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was Mackenzie Mehochko, who scored five points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Lincolnwood has not been sharp recently, as they've lost 11 of their last 14 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-15 record this season. As for Nokomis, their victory bumped their record up to 11-8.
