The Reno Huskies''s recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fourth straight loss. They took a serious blow against Bishop Manogue, falling 39-6.
Bishop Manogue got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Nathan Simmons out in front who picked up 109 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Caden Evans was another key contributor, throwing for 180 yards and three touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes.
Reno's loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their overall record down to 1-6. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 8.75 points per game. As for Bishop Manogue, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-3.
