On Thursday, the IMG Academy White Ascenders beat the Shorecrest Prep Chargers 6-2.
Jack Markeim tossed a big game, striking out seven batters over six innings while giving up just two earned runs off six hits. Bodhi Aldridge relieved him and did a solid job, pitching an inning while giving up no earned runs or hits (he also didn't allow any walks).

IMG Academy White now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Shorecrest Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-9.
