The Somerset Sky Pointe Eagles had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They managed a 62-58 victory over Eldorado on Saturday. The victory was just what Somerset Sky Pointe needed coming off of a 83-61 loss in their prior game.
Somerset Sky Pointe can attribute much of their success to Dylan Oblad, who shot 6-for-9 from deep and dropped a double-double on 27 points and 13 rebounds. Emmitt Bell was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
Somerset Sky Pointe's victory bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Eldorado, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
Somerset Sky Pointe is on the road again on Saturday and play against Durango at 4:00 p.m. on December 2nd. As for Eldorado, they will square off against Southeast Career Tech at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
