Even though the Life Center Academy Warriors scored an imposing 72 points on Monday, the Our Saviour Lutheran Falcons still came out on top. Our Saviour Lutheran took their game against Life Center Academy 81-72. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Our Saviour Lutheran also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2022.
Several Warriors players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Isaac Moore, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 16 rebounds. Moore is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Elijah Brown, who scored 19 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Our Saviour Lutheran's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Life Center Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 18-8.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Our Saviour Lutheran will take on Broome Street Academy at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Life Center Academy won't have much time to rest: their next game is against New Foundations at 5:30 p.m. on January 16th. New Foundations will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in their respective state's rankings (they are ranked 364th in Pennsylvania, while Life Center Academy is ranked 132nd in New Jersey).
