How does it
work? Nominees are selected from
statistics submitted on MaxPreps. Coaches who do not have current access may
request their free account here.
Weekly finalists are released on MaxPreps every
Tuesday and voting is conducted in a special poll.
Voting ceases at noon on Mondays. The winners are announced the next day
along with the next week's nominees.
Participants may vote as many
times as they want. It's a competition.
This past week, over 160,000 votes were
cast! So far this season 1.9-million votes have been
cast.

VolleyballSenior had 40 kills in a five-set win over
Faith Christian. Also had 25 and 17 kills in three-set wins over Twin
Lakes and North Newton. Has 1,616 career kills.

yards and seven TDs in a 74-0 win over Greensburg.

* Maverick Geske, Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory (Indianapolis) FootballJunior completed 30-of-43 passes for 429 yards and five TDs in a 39-23 win over Roncalli. Has completed 111-of-178 passes for 1,541 yards and 18 TDs this season.
* Halle Archer, Switzerland County (Vevay) Girls SoccerSenior went over 200 career points last week with 16 goals and two assists in wins over Southwestern, Austin, Shawe Memorial and Corydon Central. Currently has 213 career points (83 goals and 47 assists).
* Deon Richmond, Tindley (Indianapolis) FootballSenior completed 26-of-36 passes for 305 yards and seven TDs in a 56-24 win over Purdue Polytechnic.
* Owen Huff, Greencastle FootballSenior receiver caught 12 passes for 258 yards and five TDs in an 84-0 win over Brown County.
* Tatum Wade, South Central (Union Mills) VolleyballSenior had 35 and 27 kills last week in wins over Marquette Catholic and Illiana Christian. Her 405 kills ranks fifth in the state.
* Corbin Johnson, South Decatur (Greensburg) FootballJunior carried the ball 26 times for 375 yards and four TDs in a 27-13 win over Cloverdale. Has carried the ball 76 times for 1,119 yards and 18 TDs in six games.
* Christian Nielsen, Carmel Boys SoccerSenior had two hat tricks (three goals) and two goals and an assist in wins over Cathedral, Guerin Catholic and New Palestine, respectively.
* Angelo Ianucilli, Churubusco FootballJunior carried the ball 14 times for 355 yards and six TDs in a 46-3 win over Fremont.

yards and five TDs as the Eagles beat Lapel, 38-37, for the first time
since 2012, snapping a 13-game losing streak in the series.

SoccerSophomore had five goals in a 9-0 win over
Brown County and three goals in a 3-2 win over Crawfordsville. Also had a
goal and assist in a 4-0 win over Indian Creek. His 17 goals and 36
points both rank No. 1 in the state.

yards and three TDs in a 50-48 win over Benton Central. Also made seven
tackles and had a forced fumble on defense.

SoccerSenior had two four-goal games in wins over
New Prairie and Glenn (added two assists) and two goals and an assist in
a win over Bremen. Also had two goals and an assist in a win over South
Bend Riley for the undefeated Tians.
* Peyton Geer, Evansville Christian Girls
SoccerSophomore had four goals and an assist in a
9-0 win over North Knox and back-to-back hat tricks (three goals each)
in shutout wins over Evansville Harrison and Fort Wayne Concordia
Lutheran. Has 35 points (20 goals and three assists this
season.

FootballSenior carried the ball 21 times for 308
yards and six TDs in a 56-30 win over Tri-County. Has carried the ball
77 times for 945 yards and 16 TDs this season.
* Jayden DeFalco, Indiana School for the Deaf (Indianapolis)
FootballSenior completed 19-of-31 passes for 223
yards and six TDs and carried the ball nine times for 66 yards and two
TDs in a 56-26 win over the Texas School for the Deaf. Has accounted for
22 TDs in four games.
* Kynnadi Bell, Yorktown
VolleyballSenior surpassed 1,000-career assists with
161 last week in wins over Mt. Vernon, Brownsburg and Carmel and a loss
to Hamilton Southeastern.
