Despite the loss, Brawley still got an impressive performance from Domanic Vallejo, who scored 14 points along with three steals. Vallejo scored a full 32.6% of Brawley's points, the fifth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Flores, who scored nine points along with five rebounds.
Aliso Niguel has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season. As for Brawley, they now have a losing record at 6-7.
