Hayfork waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Big Valley Cardinals 78-35. The Timberjacks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 matches by 23 points or more this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Hayfork to victory, but perhaps none more so than Levi Cavalli, who dropped a double-double with 23 points and ten steals. Cavalli's evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Evan Pickett, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and ten boards.
Hayfork was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. They posted eight more assists than Big Valley's also-impressive total of 11.
