Wallkill fell victim to Cornwall Central and their airtight defense  on Friday. They were dealt  a  63-0 defeat at the hands of the Dragons. The Panthers have struggled against the Dragons recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
 Jj Detz threw for 41 yards  on six of 12 attempts.   John Reilly was his top target, picking up 32 receiving yards.  On the ground,  Kent Glasgow rushed for 65 yards.
 Cornwall Central's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Danny Twomey, who threw for 162 yards and three  touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes, and also rushed for 33 yards and one  score. Those  162  passing yards gave  Twomey a new career-high. Another pass catcher making a difference was  Reef Morrison, who picked up 165 receiving yards and three  TDs.
Wallkill's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Cornwall Central, their win was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 7-1.
