There's no place like home for the Lab University Prep Regional Lab Rats, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road on Tuesday. They blew past Varsity Opponent, posting a 68-39 victory at home.
Lab University Prep Regional got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Verquan Kimbrough out in front who scored 13 points along with two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Christian Jones, who scored 13 points along with four steals.
Lab University Prep Regional's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-10. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.7 points per game. As for Varsity Opponent, they have not been sharp recently as the team has lost 22 of their last 23 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 388-1417-2 record this season.
Lab University Prep Regional does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Varsity Opponent, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 63-62 loss vs. Community Baptist on the 7th.
