The Providence Hall Patriots's four-game losing streak came to an end on Thursday. They enjoyed a cozy 60-46 victory over Waterford. That's another feather in the cap for Providence Hall, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
It was another big night for Dallin Wells, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 15 rebounds. Wells set a new season high mark in rebounds with 15. Another player making a difference was Dawson McDermaid, who scored 13 points.
Providence Hall's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Waterford, their loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-4.
Providence Hall will face off against Carbon at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Carbon has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Waterford won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Utah Military Academy - Hill Field at 7:00 p.m. on December 8th.
