Football Recap: Kennedy Extends Winning Streak to Three + How To Watch

Kennedy had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 12-7 W against the Valencia Tigers. For the Fighting Irish, this counts as revenge for the 14-13 victory the Tigers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Ariana Navarro had another great game (as she tends to do), rushing for 95 yards and a pair of TDs. Those 95 rushing yards gave her a new career-high.

Kennedy didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off five passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Caroline Alvarez and Alyssa Cordova.

Kennedy's record now sits at 6-3. As for Valencia, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-2.

Kennedy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 20-7 win against Pacifica on the 10th. As for Valencia, they are taking a road trip to take on Westminster at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
