Sierra came into Tuesday's match looking for another win against Reedley, but Jocelyn Rodriguez wouldn't allow it. The Pirates walked away with a 3-1 win over the Chieftains on Tuesday with plenty of help from Rodriguez, who had 18 digs and two assists. She has been hot, having posted 12 or more digs the last seven times she's played.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-20, 23-25, 25-10.

Reedley has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. As for Sierra, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Reedley is taking a road trip to take on Dinuba at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Sierra, they will head out to face off against Woodlake at 8:25 p.m. on Wednesday.
