Basketball Recap: Good Samaritan Homeschool Skates Past Bob Hope with Ease

Good Samaritan HomeSchool won the last time they faced Bob Hope and things went their way on Thursday too. The Good Samaritan HomeSchool Hornets claimed a resounding 63-32 victory over the Bob Hope Eagles. The Hornets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 26 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Good Samaritan HomeSchool to victory, but perhaps none more so than Julia Morrison, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Zoey White, who went 9 of 14 on her way to 20 points and six rebounds.

Good Samaritan HomeSchool's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 27.5 points. As for Bob Hope, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4.

Good Samaritan HomeSchool will welcome Community Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Bob Hope, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Genesis Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
