 Meanwhile, Hinsdale Central can now show off three landslide victories after their most recent  game  on Tuesday. They never let Proviso West onto the board and left with  a   9-0  victory. Given Hinsdale Central's advantage  in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings  (they are ranked 38th, while Proviso West is ranked 262nd), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Hinsdale Central's offense was hitting Proviso West from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal. 
 Cate McDonnell led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.
 Oswego's win was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 3-1-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  scored nine  goals over those three  contests. As for Hinsdale Central,  the  victory  made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 5-1.
