In what's become a running theme this season, the Space Coast Vipers gave their fans yet another huge victory on Monday. They claimed a resounding 72-8 victory over Astronaut at home. Winning may never get old, but Space Coast sure is getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
Space Coast's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Phillayjah Carroll, who scored 24 points. Carroll has been hot recently, having posted 22 or more points the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Taylor Hill, who scored 17 points.
Space Coast has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season. As for Astronaut, they are on a 16-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-20.
Space Coast will take on the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Astronaut does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
