Flowery Branch came into Thursday's match looking for another win against Walnut Grove, but Scout Peterson wouldn't allow it. The Warriors came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 2-0 on Thursday for which the team can thank Peterson, who had seven digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last three games she's played.

The victory made it two in a row for Walnut Grove and bumps their season record up to 27-13. As for Flowery Branch, their loss dropped their record down to 18-22.

Walnut Grove has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against East Forsyth on the 9th. Flowery Branch does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
