Bracken Christian is 2-8 against St. Paul since March of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit  on Tuesday. Bracken Christian will head out on the road to  face off against  St. Paul  at 7:00  p.m. St. Paul took a loss in their last  game and will be looking to turn the tables on Bracken Christian, who comes in off a win.
Bracken Christian took a loss when they played away from home  on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed  on Friday. They blew past Bishop Reicher Catholic 16-0. The high-scoring effort was just what the Warriors needed considering they were shut out in their previous   contest.
 Dalton Dresch made a splash while hitting and pitching. He  tossed two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. The dominant performance also gave  him a new career-low in  walks (two). He was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 1-for-2. Bracken Christian is 5-1 when  Dresch posts two or  more  runs, but 5-10 otherwise.

 In other batting news,  Jack Burggraaf was  incredible,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with two  stolen bases, five  RBI,  and one  run. Those  five  RBI gave  him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Brody Cantu, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-2.
 Bracken Christian  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .739. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
 Meanwhile, St. Paul fell victim to Sacred Heart and their airtight pitching crew  on Friday. They lost  6-0 to the Indians. Having soared to a lofty 25  runs in the game before, the Cardinals' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.
 Bracken Christian pushed their record up to 10-11 with the  victory, which was their third straight  at home. The  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 13.0 runs over those games. As for St. Paul, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-9.
 Bracken Christian was able to grind out a solid  victory over St. Paul in their previous meeting  on March 14th, winning  7-3. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bracken Christian since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
