Wynne had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They were the clear victors by a 15-3 margin over the Lonoke Jackrabbits on Thursday. The Yellowjackets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by ten runs or more this season.

Wynne's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-6. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Lonoke, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 9-9.

Coming up, Wynne will challenge Nettleton at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lonoke, they will square off against Pulaski Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Bruins will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Jackrabbits surely won't give up without a fight.
