Highlands' pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. Everything went their way against Valley as they made off with a 20-0 win. Madison Gorney was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 11 over five innings pitched. Those 11 strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-5 with three runs, two doubles, and two RBI.
