Meanwhile, you can't lose the contest if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Victory Christian Academy's strategy against Varsity Opponent on Thursday. Victory Christian Academy took down Varsity Opponent 44-28. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Victory Christian Academy.
Victory Christian Academy's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Ellen Penner, who almost dropped a triple-double on nine points, 11 rebounds, and nine steals, and Amariah Jankowski, who scored 21 points along with three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Jankowski has scored all season. Lucie Carter was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with six rebounds.
