Tohatchi's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Zuni Thunderbirds as they made off with a 13-2 victory. The result was nothing new for the Cougars, who have now won six games by six runs or more so far this season.

Tohatchi's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-9. As for Zuni, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Tohatchi beat Zuni by a score of 18-3 later that day.
