Hugo Marks gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in March on Friday. He was unstoppable, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out 11 over seven innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Washington is undefeated when he allows at most one earned run, but 8-9 otherwise.
