Flomaton won the last time they faced Chickasaw and things went their way on Friday too. The Hurricanes breezed past the Chieftains to the tune of 48-13. With the Hurricanes ahead 28-7 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Flomaton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Antwan Bowen, who rushed for 104 yards and two TDs. Another player making a difference was TJ Hall, who rushed for 104 yards and one touchdown on only ten carries.

Flomaton pushed their record up to 2-0 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. The team's perfect season has a lot to do with their offensive performance: the team's won by an average of 22.5 points thus far. As for Chickasaw, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Flomaton and Chickasaw will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Hurricanes are set to face off against their familiar foe Excel at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Chickasaw will challenge rival Blacksher at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
