Miami Country Day is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 88-49 victory over Scheck Hillel Community School. The Spartans' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Miami Country Day got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Daltyn Simon out in front who went 6 of 7 en route to 12 points along with seven boards and three steals. That's the most steals Simon has posted since back in December of 2024. Chaim Galbut was another key player, putting up nine points and six rebounds.

Meanwhile, Hialeah Educational Academy entered their tilt with Divine Savior Academy on Tuesday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They walked away with a 70-61 victory over the Sharks.

Hialeah Educational Academy has also been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.1 points per game. As for Miami Country Day, their win bumped their record up to 18-6.

Miami Country Day came up short against Hialeah Educational Academy in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, falling 75-64. Can Miami Country Day avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
