The Beulah Bobcats's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They took a serious blow against Randolph County, falling 63-34. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Beulah has suffered since December 7, 2023.
Among those leading the charge was Talee Sims, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Brantlee Wortham, who scored 14 points along with five steals.
Beulah's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-10. As for Randolph County, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-10 record this season.
Beulah will look to defend their home court on Friday against Reeltown at 5:00 p.m. Reeltown is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses. As for Randolph County, they will head out on the road to challenge Cleburne County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
