Southwest Leadership Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 20 points or more this season.
Southwest Leadership Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Serious Sykes led the charge by dropping a double-double on 20 points and 19 rebounds. Sykes is absolutely dominating the rebound category: he's posted at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. Ayden Gonzales was another key contributor, scoring six points along with seven assists and six rebounds.
Southwest Leadership Academy's victory was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.9 points per game. As for Alta Vista Charter, they now have a losing record at 3-4.
