Even though the Bethel Jaguars have not done well against the Vallejo Redhawks recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. Bethel walked away with an 88-75 win over the Redhawks. Winning may never get old, but Bethel sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
H. Howard continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 7 for 13 from beyond the arc en route to 35 points and 6 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of A. Garcia, who scored 18 points along with six rebounds.
Bethel pushed their record up to 17-7 with that win, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.0 points per game. As for Vallejo, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-17.
Bethel does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Vallejo also has no future games currently scheduled.
