The Fairdale Bulldogs just played last night, but they'll still head out to face the Iroquois Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on December 19th. Fairdale is hoping to put an end to a 13-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
On Monday, things could have been worse for Fairdale, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 59-41 loss to Louisville Saints HomeSchool.
Meanwhile, Iroquois lost to Southern on the road by a decisive 56-42 margin last Friday. Iroquois has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Fairdale's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Iroquois, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
Fairdale skirted past Iroquois 35-33 in their previous matchup back in February. The rematch might be a little tougher for Fairdale since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
