Baseball Recap: Coon Rapids-Bayard Wins Going Away Against Glidden-Ralston

Coon Rapids-Bayard won the last time they faced Glidden-Ralston and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Crusaders put the hurt on the Wildcats with a sharp 10-3 victory. Considering the Crusaders have won nine matches by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

The win made it two in a row for Coon Rapids-Bayard and bumps their season record up to 18-3. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 6-12 Glidden-Ralston and 6-7 Boyer Valley. As for Glidden-Ralston, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.

As for Glidden-Ralston, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Boyer Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
