It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but The Enterprise Wolves ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They snuck past Duchesne with a 18-12 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Enterprise also won the last time the pair played back in September.
Enterprise's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jaden Drake, who rushed for 134 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries. Drake was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 59 yards. Kyron Bracken and his 96 yards on the ground were also a key factor in Enterprise's win.
The win makes it two in a row for Enterprise and bumps their season record up to 11-1. It's not like the team was facing easy opposition over that stretch either, as it included 6-5 North Summit (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 68.9% over those games). As for Duchesne, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-2.
Enterprise will take on Beaver at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Beaver is coming into the contest hot, having won their last eight games. Duchesne does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
