Basketball Recap: Christian Fellowship Extends Home Winning Streak to 11

Christian Fellowship had won ten straight home games dating back to last season and Luke Davis did his part to make it 11 on Tuesday. Christian Fellowship enjoyed a cozy 63-44 victory over Plaza Heights Christian Academy thanks in part to Davis, who shot 4-for-7 from downtown and almost dropped a double-double on 16 points and nine rebounds. Davis is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season.

Another player making a difference was Jake Davis, who almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine assists. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in assists.

Several Plaza Heights Christian Academy players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Remi Schieber, who went 9 for 21 on his way to 22 points in addition to seven boards and five steals. Luke Jones was another key player, putting up 14 points and seven rebounds.

Christian Fellowship is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season. As for Plaza Heights Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 11-6.
