Bishop Gorman lost to Shelton back in December of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Bishop Gorman Crusaders blew past the Shelton Chargers 83-56. The Crusaders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 21 points or more this season.

Bishop Gorman's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Beau Bender, who went 8 for 12 on his way to 20 points and five steals. That's the most points Bender has posted since back in November of 2024. Carlin Ifeadi was another key player, going 7 of 9 en route to 15 points and eight rebounds.

Bishop Gorman's win bumped their record up to 16-6. As for Shelton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-10.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing All Saints Episcopal the next time they take the court. Bishop Gorman will host All Saints Episcopal at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Shelton will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on January 28th.
