Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bloomington). They blew past the Louise Hornets 63-18 on Friday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Bobcats/Lady Cats as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Bloomington's win bumped their record up to 2-8. As for Louise, their defeat was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-13.

Bloomington will be taking part in a tournament against Karnes City at 10:30 a.m. on Friday. As for Louise, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Flatonia at 12:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
