On Thursday, Edison didn't have quite enough to beat Sanger West and fell  3-2.
 Edison took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 25-13, 21-25, 20-25, 25-15,  15-7.
Meanwhile, Hoover waltzed into their match  on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Coyotes 3-0.
 The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-15,  25-17.
 Hoover's win bumped their record up to 26-9. As for Edison, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-18 record  this season.
