The Tri-Valley Scotties will head out on the road to challenge the West Muskingum Tornadoes at 7:30 p.m. Tri-Valley has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 263 points over their last four matches.
Tri-Valley pushed their score all the way to 56 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 61-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of Maysville.
Meanwhile, West Muskingum pushed their score all the way to 57 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell to Crooksville 62-57.
Tri-Valley's loss ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-4. As for West Muskingum, they have not been sharp recently as the team has lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.
Tri-Valley skirted past West Muskingum 49-46 in their previous meeting back in January of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Tri-Valley since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
