After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Thacher, Nordhoff was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They took their match with ease, bagging a 78-45 victory over the Hueneme Vikings. The Rangers' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

With the win, Nordhoff broke their seven-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-8. As for Hueneme, they dropped their record down to 1-8 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Nordhoff wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 50-40 victory against Villanova Prep on the 14th. As for Hueneme, they will be home for the holidays to greet Channel Islands at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Channel Islands will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Hueneme surely won't give up without a fight.
