 Meanwhile, sadly, Delavan-Darien is still looking for their first win of the season after eight  matchups. They fell  8-3 to Williams Bay on Friday.
  Cadyn Lumkes spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered  just two earned  (and six unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up ten Ks. Those two  earned runs set a new season-high mark for her.
 On the hitting side,  Elizabeth Zweifel made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  went 2-for-4 with a  home run and two  runs.
