Jeremiah McNeely had a dynamite game for Brandon Academy, scoring 22 points along with 8 rebounds and 5 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which McNeely has scored at least 25% of Brandon Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Shavon Birch, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 13 rebounds.
Classical Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Brandon Academy, their win bumped their record up to 1-3.
Classical Prep will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Bishop McLaughlin Catholic at 7:30 p.m. As for Brandon Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Ruskin Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Ruskin Christian will be coming into the contest with an undefeated record on the line.
