The Conrad Chargers lost against the Hillcrest Panthers back in October of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Conrad took a hard 32-14 fall against Hillcrest. Conrad has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Leading Hillcrest to victory were Asher Randall and Jacoby Ogbonna. Randall threw for 206 yards and three touchdowns while completing 81.8% of his passes, while Ogbonna picked up 88 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
Conrad's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Hillcrest, their victory bumped their record up to 4-5.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Conrad will take on Spruce at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Hillcrest, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Adamson at 7:00 p.m. Adamson is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
