The dominant performance gave him a new career- in total yards. 113 of those passing yards were hauled in by Christian Smith, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.
Another reason for the win was Lambert's imposing defensive line, which managed to get into the backfield for three sacks. West Forsyth can attribute much of their success to Foster Orris, who gained 86 total yards and three touchdowns, and Max Walraven, who threw for 202 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 passes. Orris got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run and that went for an incredible 54 yards.
West Forsyth wouldn't let Parkview keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. West Forsyth can thank James Mccallar and Drew Fankhauser for forcing both of them. Mccallar is also on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made six or more in the last ten games he's played dating back to last season.
Lambert's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for West Forsyth, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
