The Kittatinny Regional Cougars's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Friday after their third straight loss. They took a  57-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of Parsippany. If Kittatinny Regional hoped to take revenge for the  66-43 loss against they when the teams met, then they were left disappointed.
 Parsippany's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Arthur Smith, who  scored 13 points along with five  assists and three  steals. Smith hasn't dropped below two  steals for seven straight games. Another player making a difference was  David Niedermaier, who  scored 15 points along with two  steals.
 Kittatinny Regional's defeat was  their third straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Parsippany, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four games,  which provided a massive bump to their 7-7 record this season.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kittatinny Regional's road trip will continue as they head out to face Kinnelon at 7:00  p.m.  on January 30th. As for Parsippany, they will  face off against Hanover Park at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday. Hanover Park presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Parsippany in New Jersey (Hanover Park is ranked 91st, while Parsippany is ranked 311th).
