NATHAN LING posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out six batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off six hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.
