The Miami Trace Panthers were the 59-46 winner over the Unioto Shermans when they last played one another back in November of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Miami Trace took a hard 55-41 fall against Unioto on Saturday. Miami Trace has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Zeke Schobelock was the offensive standout of the contest as he scored 24 points. The team also got some help courtesy of K.B. Perkins, who scored 14 points along with 8 rebounds.
Miami Trace's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Unioto, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Miami Trace will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Chillicothe at 7:30 p.m. on December 5th. As for Unioto, they will square off against Zane Trace at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
