The result was nothing new for the Bison, who have now won three games by ten runs or more so far this season.
Noah Evans made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Evans was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. That home run marked the first that he launched this season.

In other batting news, Flatirons Academy let Mateo Pope and Everson Nelson run wild. Pope went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI, while Nelson went 3-for-4 with two triples, three runs, and three RBI. Those four RBI gave Pope a new career-high. Micah Doughty was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-4.
Flatirons Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .618. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Rocky Mountain Lutheran only posted an OBP of .450.
Meanwhile, Front Range Christian has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging four runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Friday. They took a 10-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of Peyton. The Falcons have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.
Front Range Christian saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Landon Deza, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one RBI.
Flatirons Academy's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-0. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 13.3 runs this season. As for Front Range Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Tuesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Flatirons Academy has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 10.2 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Front Range Christian struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 12.5 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
